When calling us to make an appointment…
you will be asked a few questions. Please be specific when describing your problem. Please have your insurance information available when you call. You will be told if a referral from your primary care physician is required. If so, you are responsible for obtaining physician referrals and authorizations prior to your office visit.
When calling us to renew a prescription…
you should call 48 hours in advance of running out of your medication. Your request will be given to your attending physician, who can authorize a refill. Please have the phone number of your pharmacy and your prescription number when you call our office.
When calling us to ask a question…
please state the nature of your problem. Our receptionist will then direct your call to the physician assistant who will bring your question to the attention of your physician. Please understand that it is impossible to properly diagnose and treat your problem without an examination in our office.
